    I purchased an ASUS ROG Strix 27″ 2K curved gaming monitor listed as open-box excellent condition, but it arrived with a cracked screen and visible damage. I returned it once by mail, but it was sent back to me in the same condition. I contacted customer support multiple times but received no helpful response. I then tried to return it in-store, but staff could not assist, so I left the damaged monitor there. After all these failed attempts, I’m now forced to file a credit card dispute to recover my money. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service for something advertised as “excellent condition.”
