This TV is a huge upgrade from the last LG 50in one I had. Google TV is amazing. It’s basically free cable with TONS of options to watch. I was confused on why there were some bad reviews. Setting up was super simple. It lagged at first but that was only because we had it plugged into an extension cord. Once we plugged it directly into an outlet, it was totally fine. No lagging, clear pictures. This TV is fully dependent on wifi so I would definitely make sure you have a strong connection, otherwise I can see that being an issue. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend!
Pretty bad
bought and mounted this TV yesterday, everything was working for one hour. Now I have no sound on this TV after trouble shooting every attempt. also, when streaming Netflix, there are so many lags and glitches. I am waiting to see what customer service does to help but at this point, I will probably exchange it for a better brand. this is ridiculous that nothing is working within one day.

Do NOT buy this tv. Ours wasn’t even a year old when it crapped out. The company has made it incredibly diffficult to try and get a replacement. They keep coming up with every excuse in the book. I will never buy from this company again.

FREEZES AND LAGS! This is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Sometime we can watch a full movie, sometime not. The Home Screen freezes constantly. If I push the Netflix button I go to YouTube. If I push YouTube sometime I go to YouTube, sometime I don’t . All updates have been done. I have to unplug the tv and hope for the best. I leave the tv on for my dogs when I run an errand and I come back and the tv is frozen. No. The dog did not get the remote. It’s placed in a console.. this is the worst TV I have ever owned l. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this trash to anyone. Please buy another tv
