I’m very satisfied with the result. I was able to set it up quickly based on the info available. Both the print quality and copy quality are excellent. And the multiple means of connectivity are a very nice feature. I can easily print wired and wirelessly from both my Mac and my iPhone (wirelessly only obviously). I have no reservations recommending this model to anyone interested in a similar product.

I bought this machine because I remember what great print quality laser print was in my first printer long ago. The laser cartridge extended is less than 4 ink cartridges and you get so many more pages – plus if a page gets wet, laser print does not run. I was happy with everything about this printer except that it didn’t scan both sides of the page. I returned it and got the 269dw+ which was $90 more but well worth it! Canon is so superior to the major brand with 2 letters that I bought for years. Canon isn’t a nightmare to connect to wifi or keep connected. Works great with my android phone too!

Worse documentation I have ever seen in 50 years of working with computers and peripherals. You may as well say no documentation as much help as what came with this is.
Yes there are online videos claiming to help, but even with them setup is going to take more than a day if I am lucky. Absolutely nothing is intuitive. Directions for keying data is either not there, not available or too hard to find. Set up has made me hate a printer that I wanted so much to enjoy.
As for support, I am frustrated beyond trying to work with someone whose English is maybe on par with a 4 year old.
I cannot blame Amazon, I can only blame Canon (and I have owned Canon products since the 60s) for this epic failure. In my life I have probably set up 40 or 50 printers. I cannot even classify this thing as a printer because I cannot get it set up.
