Love this printer. I upgraded from the Canon Pro 100 that I had for 9 years. Definitely love the picture quality and the wireless connection. The colors just pop and are bright. Very easy to set up. Can print up to 13×19 paper.

As a photographer I’ve had a dozen or so of photo printers. This one checks all the boxes, amazing colors, great software and a luxury look. Bought on sale for $500 and couldn’t be happier.

  4. Faulty Print Head

Faulty print head. Only 3 months into a 4 year replacement plan, Best Buy replaced it, but I would need to buy another replacement plan for the new one. Was told when I bought it that “if they can’t fix it, they would replace it”. Didn’t even try to trouble shoot after I dragged that heavy thing to the store. Disappointed in Canon’s manufacturing and Best Buy’s customer policies.

Description clearly states USB input…there is no USB port
Tried contacting Cannon. They reject the serial # saying it is not a product meant for sale in the USA

Correction: there is a USB B port but no USB A.

  8. Great images if you don't mind throwing away a printer every few years

Watching the trash pick up my expensive Canon wide format printer was depressing to say the least. All it needed was a new print head, but Canon is very bad about providing parts, discontinuing them before you would ever need them. Someone else commented that this print head has already been discontinued. Worse yet, Canon print heads are notorious for clogging when you use non-canon ink. Try to find REAL CANON ink on Amazon. Buyer beware. The only canon printers I buy now are the ones I don’t mind throwing away.

I really like this printer, I currently have an hp printer at home and it does not compare to this one. This printer easily connects to my laptop WIRELESSLY, and prints out the moment I send it out. It was super easy to set up, and I also like how the design looks.
