PIXMA printers rock!
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.CCGardner July 8, 2025Review source: AmazonUpgraded from an earlier version PIXMA that was lost in a power outage. Could not be more pleased with the new version – easy set up and prints seamlessly. I ran 100 post cards through with B&W draft quality print and they were done in a jiffy and ‘draft’ quality wasn’t evident. All of our Apple devices print wirelessly from anywhere in the house. Great product with easy to follow online tutorials and videos to answer any operating questions!

Still happy with the purchase
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Louise E McKernan May 25, 2025Review source: AmazonAfter a couple of months still going strong. We replaced a very old Canon MP640. The concerns that previous reviews had about the set up proved to be not true in our case. I had no issues setting it up. The WiFi connection is much more stable than our previous printer but we think it uses more ink. The MP640 had the same color and number of cartridges. However, perhaps that is why it starts to print almost immediately when the print job is sent. We mostly print color photos on plain paper for artwork preparation. I’d buy it again.

Printing comes out very crisp and bright. It’s definitely a good price if you think about what you’re paying for. I’ve had this for about 6 months so it’s definitely in it for the long haul. Functionality is great offering more than just the ability to print. I love this printer.

Absolute junk
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.ModernGal April 20, 2025Review source: AmazonThis printer has been a PITA since I plugged it in 3 1/2 months ago. It eats through ink cartridges- and I’m not doing a lot of printing. It is noisy, slow and you have to to much the screen to wake it up each time you want to print – which makes no sense and is a pain when I want to wirelessly print from my phone but aren’t next to the printer. It has started to print streaky- leaving tiger stripe like white (unprinted) areas in the print job. I’ve done all the maintenance options and it’s still not printing correctly. It is a huge waste of money and I will have to replace it.

Set up time did not take a lot of time. Haven’t had any issue with any paper jams or ink problems. I was able to print stuff from my

This thing is junk. Do not buy
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Robert H. April 15, 2025Review source: AmazonAbsolute garbage. Printed a couple sheets then had an error prompting me to insert a printable disc. Well I don’t have a printable disc. Is it possible to buy a printer that when you link it to your WiFi it just works?! I’m sick and tired of overpriced garbage. Print quality is garbage too. It sounds clunky and generic. Junk, junk, junk. I will be returning and doing more research before buying another printer. Extremely disappointed with this junk. I expected more from a Canon product
