It is a photo printer and can also scan items. It features 6 ink cartridges that produce quality prints. Printer can be fed paper from both ends and it very light weight. The app is great and allows one to seamlessly print from my phone or laptop. Printing is relatively quick 15 ppm b/w and 10 ppm color. Happy with the great purchase for the price.

It looks nice as well although that’s not much of a selling point for me. The touch screen is very easy to use and nice to look at.
The scanner and copy capabilities are breeze to use which is much appreciated.
I recommend this product to anyone searching for a great-quality printer!

Great all-in-one

I’ve only had a b&w laser printer for years, but decided it was time to go back to inkjet so I could have some color in my life. The individual ink system is nice, but I guess time will tell how fast this eats ink. I’m so happy to have something that does it all – prints, scans, copies. Photos too, yay! The print quality seems pretty good, though if I’m printing a photo to frame or something, I’d still do it at shutterfly or whatever, rather than this. It was pretty easy to set up, and is working great with my MacBook pro and my iPhone. So nice to be able to print from both wirelessly, though especially my phone! Nice quality printer!

Great Dependable Canon Print Device for Home
Incentivized Incentivized review: The reviewer received a benefit for sharing feedback.Thomas Luederitz September 30, 2024Review source: AmazonIf you like to print photos, School papers, School Assignments, Recipes,…… this compact print device should meet your needs. This is a great print device, from the speed, quality of print, quality of online support, quality of copy, quality of ink medium this print device is a great choice. I got this home, and it took me about 30 minutes to get setup and on line, most of this time was unpacking and finding a place in my home to put it. Oh, it’s wireless, so the only cord you need is the power cord which is supplied. You can put it in the den, kitchen, she shed, he shed, the shed, the living room, the dining room, even the bathroom if you so desire, and you can print to it from any other room in the house. So let’s say one of your family members is near the printer doing their home work, you can send them a printed reminder to quit texting their friend and finish their home work. One of the impressive things about this print device, among many, is the ink, it uses liquid ink which last’s twice as long and those cartridges that need to be replaces so often. The amount of separate colors this allows will give you a higher quality of what ever it is you are printing. Canon has knocked it out of the park with their PIXMA series print devices, and I used to be brand specific when it came to print devices, hmm come to think of it I am still brand specific, just a different brand now. You won’t be disappointed with this print device.
