My husband is an IT professional and was able to connect to it with a cable but it is extremely inconvient to say the least. The “support” offered by cannon is a joke, and that is my being kind. The singular photo i have been able to print is of very nice quality but now the printer is more of an over priced paperweight crafted by some combination of ineptitude and evil.

Print, copy, scan, all the functions of modern day printers. Additionally, I had little trouble connecting the printer, via Bluetooth to 2 out of 3 devices. A google Chromebook was the only one that gave me issues. After 20 minutes of figuring it out, I was able to manually set it up. Overall, I’m happy with the printer and the quantity of the printed documents. What I’m not so ecstatic about is how cheap and flimsy the plastic materials feel and move, though I’m sure it will be fine if treated very gently.

It jams frequently and I have to move the printer all the way around to access the back door to un-jam it. I waste a page getting the crumpled up page out and then the printer always spits out two more sheets of paper before it prints out the document. My printer is new so there is no buildup of ink. I use high quality paper, so that is not the problem either.
