It ran perfectly the first time out and produced great coffee. The versatility of cup sizes and brew strengths was very accurate. But.. after two weeks exactly, it simply did not start one morning. Took it apart and checked everything. Studied the troubleshooting steps for issues listed in that section. My issue was not there. Pressing the start button only made the light blinkl and then turn solid again = no gring, no water, no fcoffee. It’s on iot’s way back to Amazon today and a replacement on it’s way to me; that’s a quite nice touch. We ewill see how this second machine does – the jury is out.

Finally stumbled across this one and decided to give it a try. Setup was super easy, took maybe 10 minutes tops. Just made my first cup of coffee with it and it went perfectly, blew away my expectations. So so much better than Keurig coffee.
