Makes a great cup of delicious coffee. Easy to use. Love the bean grinder. Very convenient. Makes a cup that willl please everyone because it can be customized to their perfect cup size and taste.
What I don’t like is that the filter that collects the grinds is small so you have to empty it very often. The water reservoir is small. I don’t like that you have to open and close the filter door every time you want to brew a cup. -

The built-in grinder is convenient, creating a nice flavor and it allows you to easily pick the strength and cup size. The iced mode works and makes coffee that holds up to ice cubes. There’s a learning curve to picking the right grind. The hopper and water tank are fine for my needs, but might not be for a house with more coffee drinkers. Cleaning doesn’t take as much time as I thought it would. I love the look of it and how compact it is. I don’t have a lot of counter space so that helps a lot. I really wanted to stop getting coffee out, even though it’s kind of fun to do. I prefer not to use plastic or styrofoam cups every day, so this seems healthier and more economical long term.

I do not like making a carafe of coffee and letting it sit on the warming plate because it loses its aroma and flavor quickly. So I usually have my coffee in pods which is super convenient but lacking on the flavor end of things.
This unit is the best of both worlds. It is convenient and it provides that fresh ground coffee experience. I have had no problems with the grinding function and it seem to be right on for the amount of coffee ground even for different cup sizes. This unit is designed for single cup servings and you can fill up to a 24 oz carafe or travel mug.
Filling the reservoir is very easy as it readily can be removed and filled at the sink. The basket with the grounds is also easy to remove and clean. Pour beans in the top and that should be good for several cups of coffee.
There are two cons I have. There is no adjustment for altitude and water boils at 201F where I live so it seems to generate a lot of steam. And it seems I am usually an ounce or two short on my cup.
This saves money for me because it does not require any filter and I am not making a whole pot of coffee and throwing a bunch of it away.

What a difference fresh ground coffee makes. Temperature is very hot, which is a plus. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Looks great on counter. Like that you can choose strength and size. Grinder works great. Replacing Keurig that is one of MANY that have to be replaced over and over about every 6 months. Done with Keurig.
