    This is not fully compatible with iMac specifically. It took forever to get it to simply connect and work at anything above a 30hz refresh rate (suuuuper laggy mouse and Apple wouldn’t give me a higher refresh option initially). You can’t download and install their software if you’re on iMac. And once I got it to work at 4k resolution with 60hz refresh rate I tried playing some Netflix. It looked horrendous. The video was constantly juddering and distorting anytime there was faster movement. It looks smoother on “low resolution” mode at 120hz, but it’s still not playing smooth video at all. I tried a new, better thunderbolt cable and the same thing happens. If you have an iMac, this monitor is a waste of money. Still pictures look pretty solid on it though.
