What made me settle in on this was a combination of things… Great reviews, specs that kept up with (or exceeded) monitors costing considerably more, price, and the “blue light” reduction. Like I said, my eyes are a bit tired these days.
I am totally happy with this monitor after using it for the past few weeks, no regrets at all. I had actually considered monitors costing upwards of $900, and I’m sure glad I went with the S2725QC. The image is easier on my eyes, clear, no dead pixels, and it works great with the Mac mini M4. I would definitely purchase it again, and I recommend it to anyone needing a great monitor for a great price. I’m not a gamer, so I can’t comment on that, but at 120hz I don’t see why it wouldn’t do its part. I’ve tried it with both Thunderbolt and HDMI connections and I can’t tell the difference the way I use it.

I also have the S2722QC model and I have been happy with it for the passed two years but needed another monitor for my wife, so I decided to purchase this 2025 model. The reason for the 4 star is I received a unit that the built in speakers were not working. Amazon help Tech was very helpful and sent me a replacement two days later.
The replacement unit is 5 star. The only noticeable difference with the S2722QC (older model) is the lower bezel is a bit narower and improved speakers. I also like the new toggle navigation switch. The higher (120hz) refresh rate makes scrolling so much better. Best monitor for the buck.
Before purchasing another Dell monitor I also tried two other popular brand but ended up sending them back. I like the look and build quality of this monitor and I would buy it again. -
