There is a phone number to call if you need assistance in learning how to work it. It does give me wet pucks on every cup. Ive tried more grinds in the puck and less brings in the puck. I’ve tried finer and coarser grinds as well. No matter what it gives me wet pucks. I would send it back but it does make a good cup of espresso. The wand for the steam is a little tricky but does wipe off easy without sticking milk. For the price point I would give it a 4 to 4 1/2 stars. Still thinking of sending it back because of the wet pucks.

This is my second espresso machine, and it is definitely an upgrade. One of the things that I enjoy about this espresso machine is just how simple it is to use. After putting coffee grind in the double filter and tampering it, just insert the handle, choose your shot, and allow aromas of goodness fill your kitchen.While the espresso is being served, I pour some oat milk in a cup and mix it with my creamer of choice. Then, I take the cup and place it under the steaming wand to steam my milk! Once everything is prepared, I mix both into my favorite mug and deliciousness unfolds.
The only thing that I have to say about this machine to consider, is that the product is light. Though that sounds like a positive, when connecting the handle to the machine, it’s hard to lock in properly without having the machine shift. There is no comfortable place to hold the machine in place while locking it, so it’s always a slight struggle.

Everyone who likes espresso drinks should learn on a machine like this, so that you can get a feel for how much pressure to use when packing, and how to get the froth density you prefer, etc. This is definitely a hands-on machine, though, so be prepared to put some time and effort into your choice each morning. (And for me, each afternoon.)
The most amazing thing to me about this machine is the price. A cheap knock off, off-brand, very much inferior version can cost almost the same, or maybe $25-50 less. Don’t do it. Start your espresso apprenticeship right! Get an Italian made machine like this one.

So I tried this brand after reading multiple reviews, and I am very pleased.
The crema is great. I use cream in my espresso and it’s like having a dessert each morning.
I got away from using Keurig and Nespresso. Too much plastic in aluminum in our food and drinks.
If you love espresso, this is a great machine for the price point. -

Roy March 6, 2025Review source: AmazonI got this to save money by making my own espressos at home instead of buying expensive drinks at coffee shops. The stainless steel matched the appliances in my house, so I thought I would order this product.
I love the way this looks on my kitchen counter. It looks very high quality and professional to me. I visually inspected the whole machine and didn’t see any defect or blemishes anywhere either. I was expecting this machine to be much larger than it was, and I’d say that it’s a somewhat similar size to a coffee maker.
Using the machine was fairly simple for me to figure out. There was very little assembly required, and the instructions were clear enough for me to understand what I needed to do.
The frother works very well and quickly. It has a sleeve that makes it easy to clean after each use.
I found only two things I didn’t like: 1. The portfilter can sometimes be challenging to fit back in the machine when it is filled with coffee grounds; 2. The machine is pretty loud to me and reminds me of the sound a blender makes.
I’ve made several cups of espresso with this machine and am glad that I got this product.

We have started in a cubicle that is not being used and it’s really close to an outlet. I’ve added some cups, coffee and creamer and we have an entire barista section. I’ve had one of these before so I know exactly how to use it and making my 1st cup of coffee was super easy. I like the easily accessible water container, the lightness of the ground coffee container strainer, and the milk steamer even works just as well as my other others. My only concern is that it has no stability or suction, and when I am opening or closing, where the coffee goes, it moves the whole machine side to side. So I find myself putting unnecessary amount of pressure on the whole barista to firmly open and close that section. Make sure to leave a cup under the steamer with a little bit of water to keep that wand, clean and reminding myself to clean it entirely Before we leave for the weekend so that when we come back on Tuesday, we can start a fresh cup of coffee.
