    Easy to use, and easy to clean. Slight learning curve needing to understand what all the blinking lights mean (read the manual). It’s designed to work under optimumal conditions for a good brew every time. No temperature setting. The bar-o-meter is useful if you decide to modify the machine to a non-pressurised basket for more “authentic” crema.

    I did search for other Espresso Machines on Amazon; and found this model to be popular; but our experience wasn’t the same. It arrived quickly; so this is always a plus – and it seemed the price was right. Not too inexpensive – not too pricey – so a good mid price range item. Pros: quick delivery; good price point. Cons: it was a bit noisy; and coffee temp was not hot; but ‘safely hot’ – if you like hot coffee this won’t do. I found the exterior materials to be less solid than they appeared in the pictures and description. So based on the materials alone; it didn’t look nice in our new kitchen – the return process is usually easy. The only ‘easy’ part of my return has been clicking on the Amazon tabs to ‘return an item’ – it has been almost a month now and my ‘shipped return’ is stuck (?) somewhere enroute according to my Amazon account page. I paid almost $180 for this machine; returned it clean and intact in it’s original packaging and I cannot get any information on where it is – and my ‘refund’ is in purgatory! So; based on this situation – I’d say IF you think you may not like this product – don’t buy it because you may never see your money back.
