Pros & Cons
Pros
- Exceptional Picture Quality: The Mini-LED and QLED technology receives high praise for delivering vibrant colors, deep blacks, and impressive brightness that remains clear even in rooms with significant natural light.
- Advanced Gaming Features: Reviewers highlight the native 144Hz refresh rate, VRR, and Game Mode Ultra as standout features that provide a smooth, responsive, and lag-free experience for PS5 and Xbox Series X users.
- Outstanding Value for Money: The TV is frequently described as 'punching above its weight class,' offering premium display and gaming specifications at a much lower price point than major competitors.
Cons
- Sluggish and Buggy Operating System: The Fire TV interface is widely criticized for being slow, laggy, and prone to crashing, with some users reporting that it becomes increasingly unresponsive over time.
- Frequent Software and Display Glitches: Multiple users reported technical issues including screen flickering, green-tinted displays, and the system freezing, often requiring a full power cycle to resolve.
- Inconsistent Audio and Remote Design: While some find the sound adequate, many complain about subpar internal speakers and a basic remote that lacks a backlight and number buttons, making it difficult to use in dark rooms.
Customer Fit
- Primary audience: Home-theater enthusiasts who want an immersive, cinema-like picture without OLED pricing.
- Secondary audience: Gamers and sports fans seeking high refresh rates, strong HDR brightness, and minimal motion blur.

A great investment for a big screen
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.AA1977 January 2, 2026Review source: BestbuyThis is a very impressive, large smart TV with excellent technology. It’s extremely big and heavy, so I strongly recommend having two people available to handle and install it.
The build quality is very sturdy, and the overall design feels solid and well made. Picture quality is outstanding, and the sound is fantastic with great volume and clarity.
If cinematic viewing is your passion, this big-screen smart TV is an excellent choice. It’s definitely not suitable for small rooms.
A nice feature is the two built-in handles on the back, which make lifting and maneuvering the TV much easier.

Best TV at this Price Point!
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Johnathan Kamuda January 1, 2026Review source: AmazonAs of writing this, this budget TV packs all the bells and whistles TVs can come with these days at the sacrifice of 120Hz.
But with VRR up to 60Hz is plenntyyyyy pretty for 4k hdr gaming. Games on console are optimized for 60FPS anyway, making this THE BEST OPTION IN THIS PRICE POINT (especially if you get a sale)!!!
