Dirty screen effect on edges of TV

When i got the TV there was a white splotch in the middle when the tv was in sleep mode but when I pressed on it it went away. One of the screws for the legs couldnt screw in all the way. The image is fine when I play movies and video games but the scenes with grey and brown I can see the darkening bands on the edges of my tv about 3″ wide. I have a feeling if I get a replacement the dirty screen effect will be worse, Idk if anyone else has this on their new TV. It is sort of noticable on camera but definately noticable in person.

Major flaws

One of them is the cache build up which leads to lag. The thing is this cache build up isn’t casual either, if you aren’t clearing the cache at least once a week the lag gets to the point where you almost cant even use it. My second problem is the lack of 3rd party support, this wouldn’t be a crazy thing if it was random brands that it didn’t support but it isn’t compatible with brands like Apple. This also includes Apple airplay which the lack of support makes you have to go through janky 3rd party means to cast from your phone.
