The box arrived damaged, and the TV itself has a serious hardware issue, the menu looks fine, but any time I play a video (YouTube, Netflix, or USB), the screen starts flickering and showing heavy pixelation. I tried different apps, resets, and cables, but nothing helped. This is not “like new” at all, it’s a defective unit that should never have been sold in this condition.
Very disappointed with the misleading description and quality control. -
