Don’t Buy This TV- lag and remote issues
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Amazon Customer October 6, 2025Review source: AmazonThis TV has been one problem to the next. Past return date and issues with remote not working, severe lag, and nothing by resolved. DO NOT BUY this one. We can barely watch a show without extreme lagging and half the time the remote won’t even turn this off. Extremely disappointed after spending close to $400 now stuck with a TV that works occasionally at best.

Great value TV, great service
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Jeff October 6, 2025Review source: AmazonThe TV screen is clear and of great resolution. The TV comes with great AI technology that enhances the images of high resolution, but may not be applicable for low resolution videos. The Fire TV app is also great for amazon users. The TV comes with services that unpack and move the TV to the room, the service is great and saves efforts in setup.

Fire TV is bad, but TV overall is ok
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.David October 6, 2025Review source: AmazonOverall picture quality is good, but avoid the Fire TV version as the OS is very buggy. Input switching is hit or miss and often plugging an input in requires a full reboot of the TV for it to recognize the input. OS is very slow at times and crashes a lot.
I have a similar Hisense model with Google OS which works great and has none of these issues. I’d recommend the TV, just not the OS. -
No Buyers Remorse

Incentivized Incentivized review: The reviewer received a benefit for sharing feedback.Korm October 6, 2025Review source: BestbuyOverall, it’s been a fantastic addition to my home entertainment setup, though it does come with some minor drawbacks.
Firstly, I have to admit that I’m not a big fan of Fire TVs, mainly due to Amazon’s interface and the outdated apps like VUDU/Fandango. These apps lack full support for features like ATMOS or even 4K, which is a bit of a letdown and inconvenience, since I have to use another device to access the functioning version of some Apps. Additionally, I’ve found that most of the fancy AI and upscaling features aren’t worth using. In fact, I had to turn off nearly every advertised fancy setting to achieve a picture quality that I was happy with. It took me about three days to get the picture dialed in to my liking after giving up on the advertised gimmicks.
That being said, this TV is hard to beat when you consider the price, size, and a little effort on your part to get the picture just right. Just keep in mind that it won’t compete with TVs that are two to three times the price. But for what it is, I have no buyers’ remorse and am quite satisfied with my purchase.
Side note, we went from a 65″ to the 75″ and it is quite bigger. If we didn’t have to room to move our sitting area back a few feet, I would have returned it for a 65″. Also, I can’t really speak for the sound as we use an entertainment system that would make any TV speaker sound terrible.

I should have spent more on a higher end tv.

Best priced Mini-LED TV on the market
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Patton October 4, 2025Review source: AmazonIf you’re shopping for a budget TV, you’ve basically got two choices: UHD or MiniLED. UHD models are cheaper, but MiniLEDs are far brighter for just a little extra money. It’s a no branier. This one is actually the lowest-priced MiniLED TV on the market right now at $349.
The next step up is the TCI for $499 — the main difference being refresh rate: this one has 60Hz, while the TCI claims 144Hz (though I’m skeptical about that). Since I’m not a gamer, the higher Hz doesn’t really matter to me.
I bought this TV for my parents to replace their old 43″ model, and they were blown away by the picture quality. I liked it so much I picked up another one for my patio to watch football. Obviously, it’s not on the same level as my Samsung MiniLED — that thing is incredible — but for the price, this TV is a steal. Super bright and great value overall.
