- Advanced Gaming Features: Reviewers highlight the native 144Hz refresh rate, VRR, and Game Mode Ultra as standout features that provide a smooth, responsive, and lag-free experience for PS5 and Xbox Series X users.
- Outstanding Value for Money: The TV is frequently described as 'punching above its weight class,' offering premium display and gaming specifications at a much lower price point than major competitors.
Cons
- Sluggish and Buggy Operating System: The Fire TV interface is widely criticized for being slow, laggy, and prone to crashing, with some users reporting that it becomes increasingly unresponsive over time.
- Frequent Software and Display Glitches: Multiple users reported technical issues including screen flickering, green-tinted displays, and the system freezing, often requiring a full power cycle to resolve.
- Inconsistent Audio and Remote Design: While some find the sound adequate, many complain about subpar internal speakers and a basic remote that lacks a backlight and number buttons, making it difficult to use in dark rooms.
Customer Fit
- Primary audience: Home-theater enthusiasts who want an immersive, cinema-like picture without OLED pricing.

Bad interface
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Ben Armstrong September 17, 2025Review source: AmazonPros: Great Picture. Cons: Interface is absolutely terrible. It’s so bloated with ads and video suggestions that it barely works. Apps constantly crashing and taking you back to the Home Screen. You will have to buy an Apple TV/Roku/other streaming option be able to use this television. Amazon limits how much your can “dumb down” the tv to try to just use it as a monitor for my Apple TV, but there are some settings you can set up so that it takes you to your preferred input (HDMI1 for example). Disappointing product that prioritizes selling you stuff over just a working television. Cheap price though.
