- Outstanding Value for Money: The TV is frequently described as 'punching above its weight class,' offering premium display and gaming specifications at a much lower price point than major competitors.
Cons
- Sluggish and Buggy Operating System: The Fire TV interface is widely criticized for being slow, laggy, and prone to crashing, with some users reporting that it becomes increasingly unresponsive over time.
- Frequent Software and Display Glitches: Multiple users reported technical issues including screen flickering, green-tinted displays, and the system freezing, often requiring a full power cycle to resolve.

Nice TV at an affordable price
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.bjd August 20, 2025Review source: AmazonThis is a great TV. I bought it for my basement rec room and I like it as much as my primary 65” Samsung LED that cost 3 times as much. It was extremely well packaged. Easy to set up and the user interface is much more intuitive than Samsungs. I would certainly purchase it again.

Very big, super clear.

Luckily, it has 2 handles on the back to help pick it up and place it. The factory sound is actually pretty good being a TV. The screen looks absolutely breathtaking. Definitely recommend this. If you’re looking for a big TV, that’s really clear. I haven’t played with the gaming mode as I don’t have a console to plug into it. But I’m sure it works pretty good too.

I wanted a 85 inch that wouldn’t break the bank, and this did the trick. If you’re on the fence and want a budget option, just do yourself a favor and get it .

Complete Headache
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Bill August 18, 2025Review source: AmazonDon’t ever buy a TV from Amazon. This TV’s picture went blank on the bottom quarter of the TV. After 10 phone calls, five promised pickup attempts, we still have the tv. Complete headache. Amazon will not let you take it to a drop off, they insist you can only have it picked up. It is so crazy and such a head ache just wanted to share.

So far so great

It’s got a 144hz refresh rate and dolby vision and gaming looks great on the screen. The screen also has some sort of anti glare coating and is extremely useable during the day with lots of ambient light. I would definitely have preferred more picture setting options and a more premium remote but other than that, it’s an excellent choice for the price.

Tv sound cuts off
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product. Incentivized Incentivized review: The reviewer received a benefit for sharing feedback.ChristopherR August 16, 2025Review source: BestbuySound has gone out 3 times since buying the tv and have to unplug it for a couple mins then plug it back in . I shouldn’t have to do this with a brand new tv and ofcourse its past the return date so i will have to go through factory warranty to get it fixed or replaced

Poor remote and no connectivity to headphones
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Richard Bourque August 16, 2025Review source: AmazonI like the picture quality and the sound is much better than the set I replaced. But I asked if it would connect to my headphones. Got a yes it would but it does not. Also the remote is a piece of junk. No numbers to enter a channel. When going to the guide from any channel you have to start from the beginning of the list every time. Very frustrating if you stopped to check out a station and wanted to continue your search from where you left off. I would not recommend this set.
