I had originally wanted a TV that did not have the Amazon fire OS and get Google instead. However, I find the fire TV to be quite accessible and very easy to work with. The inbuilt Alexa button on the remote control is even pretty helpful. Colors are extremely vibrant and the local dimming makes the black colors super black. Certainly not the ugly gray colors of my old TV. Sound is excellent for being built in, but I’m sure I’ll get a sound speaker at some point. Thank you to this company for putting out a high-quality product at a very good price.

I will never buy anything from best buy every again !!! Horrible customer service. They wouldn’t even offer me exyra rewards or gift certificates. Buyer beware of best buy!! If this was amazon they would be more accommodating. Next time i will be making my purches from Amazon!!!
