- Advanced Gaming Features: Reviewers highlight the native 144Hz refresh rate, VRR, and Game Mode Ultra as standout features that provide a smooth, responsive, and lag-free experience for PS5 and Xbox Series X users.
- Outstanding Value for Money: The TV is frequently described as 'punching above its weight class,' offering premium display and gaming specifications at a much lower price point than major competitors.
Cons
- Sluggish and Buggy Operating System: The Fire TV interface is widely criticized for being slow, laggy, and prone to crashing, with some users reporting that it becomes increasingly unresponsive over time.
- Frequent Software and Display Glitches: Multiple users reported technical issues including screen flickering, green-tinted displays, and the system freezing, often requiring a full power cycle to resolve.
- Inconsistent Audio and Remote Design: While some find the sound adequate, many complain about subpar internal speakers and a basic remote that lacks a backlight and number buttons, making it difficult to use in dark rooms.
Customer Fit

The TV was packed very well and even though the box (from shipping company) had some dings, the TV was perfectly safe with how it is packed. Placing the legs and connecting cables was very quick and easy. On-screen setup was straightforward and love the customization with Fire TV. You can go full experience or just display minimal apps that you use. Once I got it on, the image quality was incredible with great color and contrast. The menu system with the remote was intuitive. One thing that surprised me most was the sound….best sounding TV out of the box that I have ever had. Will enjoy watching movies and sports on this TV.

My Sony KD-75X780F died on me after 6 yrs (I’ll never buy Sony again) and Hisense 75QD7QF is what I choose to replace it with. Sony was around $1200 in 2019 summer and this TV was $680 in summer 2025. It is better than Sony in every way. Amazon delivered and installed in about 20 hrs after purchase (Prime member).

Beware: apps wouldn’t load.
Amazon Customer June 15, 2025Review source: AmazonSo disappointed. We set the tv up and were only able to add Netflix. Other apps stayed in “loading” mode. The prime dashboard wouldn’t show pictures, paramount + has an error (6000) and our Bluestream cable app wouldn’t load. After hours on with customer service and tech support, after one rest to manufacture setting our cable app loaded and the others just remained “in cue.” Amazon is picking up the tv on Wednesday.

When not projecting in 4K, the shows seem a little blurry, not totally 100% clear picture. Other than that, a great TV

Excellent but not perfect

It may freeze or slow down when using certain apps or switching between things. The good news is, you can reset the TV to fix the issue, but you might need to do this now and then to keep it running smoothly. Not a huge problem, but something to keep in mind
