- Advanced Gaming Features: Reviewers highlight the native 144Hz refresh rate, VRR, and Game Mode Ultra as standout features that provide a smooth, responsive, and lag-free experience for PS5 and Xbox Series X users.
- Outstanding Value for Money: The TV is frequently described as 'punching above its weight class,' offering premium display and gaming specifications at a much lower price point than major competitors.
Cons
- Sluggish and Buggy Operating System: The Fire TV interface is widely criticized for being slow, laggy, and prone to crashing, with some users reporting that it becomes increasingly unresponsive over time.
- Frequent Software and Display Glitches: Multiple users reported technical issues including screen flickering, green-tinted displays, and the system freezing, often requiring a full power cycle to resolve.
- Inconsistent Audio and Remote Design: While some find the sound adequate, many complain about subpar internal speakers and a basic remote that lacks a backlight and number buttons, making it difficult to use in dark rooms.

I hade to add a multi plug cord that has a shut off switch and turn the tv off by the switch. It will shut off with the remote but then comes right back on. I even tried telling it to turn off and it still comes right back on

Best value TV on the market
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Tom Tweed June 7, 2025Review source: AmazonI just have to say that the picture quality delivered by the QD7 Hisense TV is incredible for the price. I bought the 65QD7QF model for $499 and just set it up alongside my older 55″ Series 4 LED Fire TV playing the exact same content and could not believe the difference in brightness, clarity, and color depth. The QLED performance is head and shoulders better right out of the box (with no tweaking of settings yet) for a mere $60 more in price. If the longevity/durability of the Hisense unit proves to be acceptable, which remains to be seen since it is only a couple days in use at this point, I would have to say it is the most bang for the buck in today’s market.

For the price, a good TV

Overall, it is a good TV for the price. We have not used Firestick before, and we’ve had the set for a little over a month and we are still getting accustomed to it. We had a Sony Bravia 55″ since 2009, and we decided to buy this 65″. I wish we had gone with the 75″. Again, for the price, this is a good TV set.

Avoid at all costs
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.airy June 4, 2025Review source: AmazonAwful product. Laggy and slow. Optical cable has bugs and your soundbar remote will randomly control the TV and spaz out the control. In addition, customer service was incredible unhelpful. They keep bouncing you through all these troubleshooting steps that dont work out and dangle the potential of replacing the TV, when they had no intention of doing it at all.
