It sat in the box for a couple of months until I could get my IT company out to set it up. After setting up the printer, after several minutes, would print one copy and then not work. Un plug and reset everything, and same thing would happen. My IT said something is wrong in the software. When you pull up the print screen the printer shows up as 9131 rather than the 9135e. Not sure this is the problem, but after removing drivers and reinstalling, same problem. I guess this has gone over some time limit so can’t be returned. Went to a brick and mortar store and purchased one off the shelf and it works perfect. In the future I will go to the store.

I don’t know why HP has to make this so difficult. Could not get it to stay connected to the internet. Finally got it figured out thanks to countless hours and ChatGPT. Then couldn’t get the scan to work so had to download another driver and it still isn’t working correctly. May be sending this back if I have to put much more time into setting it up. Have always loved HP till this computer.
