Shame on HP for forcing your app on everyone.
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Cwb October 9, 2025Review source: AmazonThe delivery from Amazon was great. I think the printer itself is great. However, the HP SMART app on Windows 11 is extremely annoying. If I had known about this I might have bought a different brand.

An Ink Cartridge Money Pit!
Wilson H. October 8, 2025Review source: AmazonFirst of all, this is a quality printer. I bought one 11 months ago and although they’ve been some minor quirks, it has worked perfectly throughout. By the way, the quirks included reporting to my computer that it was low on ink when it wasn’t or that the paper was out when it wasn’t. I simply ignored the warnings and it worked fine. BUT the issue with this printer is the cost of the cartridges. Now, 11 months later, it’s time for me to buy my third set of ink cartridges, which would make the cost of the cartridges MORE than the cost of the printer in 11 months, and calculating each print was costing me $0.11. Therefore, I decided to cut my losses and buy one of the Epson EcoTank printers with a per print cost of about $0.01 each. Think of the long game; this HP printer is a money pit.

Doesn't work without additional paid HP products
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Margaret Fetzer October 6, 2025Review source: AmazonDon’t recommend at all, but especially not if you have a mac. Such a scam. It prints so there’s your one star. Won’t scan without me paying $60 a year for a upgraded app because the regular one doesn’t work at all. Just bought a cord to connect the printer to my computer, still won’t scan. I literally have to have USB (A) flashdrive. Or a windows computer.
Amazon want’s your to know it’s a good value, idk how that works but it’s impossible to get rid of so great caution of trusting that in your AI review digest.

My New HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product. Incentivized Incentivized review: The reviewer received a benefit for sharing feedback.Entertainment October 3, 2025Review source: BestbuyThis printer works great once its set up correctly. It is very complicated to set up. After trying for 2 days to set it up myself. I contacted Best Buy geek squad. They too didn’t know how to make it work efficiently. Its a new 2025 HP brand. I called HP customer service dept. They set it up. It took 45 mins. Best Buy need to train their technicians on this machine.
