Print outs are exceptional and the set up and attachment to the computer sources was surprisingly easier than what I have found in setting up their previous printer products.

When it works, it's great. Set up and support is terrible.
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.JS August 29, 2025Review source: AmazonWhen it works, it’s great. Set up was difficult. Once we got it working, the features were fantastic. It then stopped working a couple of month’s later. Worked to reset as a result of reaching out to HP. Set up was again difficult. In theory it’s very easy; however, the machine wouldn’t connect to a computer (PC or Mac) – just the HP cloud. Left us with a connected machine that couldn’t print. Spent three hours on a chat with HP. After repeating the same fixes over and over, and several remote desktop connections, we didn’t get anywhere. The chat agents dismiss questions with a quick “don’t worry, you’re under warranty” but they make it near impossible to actually use the warranty. We are still left with a printer that doesn’t work. This is the first issue my office has experienced with a piece of technology that truly just stopped working – it wasn’t just a setting or update. This machine was to replace an HP that also started to lag quite a bit after a couple of years (it was also a much simpler model). We will not be using another HP product in our office.
