Disappointed

When copying through top feeder, oftentimes a page slips through without being copied. Previously had a 9015 and thought this would be superior to it because it has two trays – letter and legal – but no. Would not recommend this model.

I am excited about my new HP all in one printer.
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Airplane Princess July 24, 2025Review source: AmazonI have been needing a new printer for a while and I’m so excited that I upgraded. I print a lot for a home printer, on average about 500 pages a month. I highly recommend HP and was so excited about the free 3 months of Instant Ink. There was a bit of confusion, because in the fine print of the printer, it stated that there was six months of free instant printing, but the header stated three months. After contacting HP Instant Ink as well as Amazon, we realize that it is only the three months of HP Instant Ink. I’m still excited about my new printer! I like that this one comes with the larger display that is easy to use with a touchscreen as well as the double tray for the paper, especially because I go through so much paper. I have already printed a few pages and the color quality is amazing. The only thing that I’m not a very big fan of is the tray that be printed pages comes out as a little tray to keep them from falling onto the floor, but it is kind of curved up and so I’m a little nervous that it’s going to make my pages curb instead of just be flat. There is no way to extend the little tray to make your pages lie flat, after printing, but I will get used to it. I highly recommend HP printers for at home use.

Choose replacement ink or a new car!
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product. Incentivized Incentivized review: The reviewer received a benefit for sharing feedback.JerryB July 22, 2025Review source: BestbuyReally nice printer I purchased in January 2025. I printed maybe 50 pages of minimal ink requirements and 3 of the 4 cartridges need to be replaced. I checked Best Buy for replacement ink today, 7/22/25, and for the 4 cartridges, their price is more than $260 (58 each color and 88 for the black) before tax. Highway robbery! I can buy a new printer for less! I do not recommend this printer because of the ink cost. I’ve used HP products for decades, but this is the last one.
