HP9135e review
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Amy June 12, 2025Review source: AmazonWhen this printer stays connected to our Internet, it works great. However, we consistently have to reconnect it to the Internet, or reboot the printer on a regular basis. No other printer in our office experiences these issues. This is an issue for our business, and we will probably replace it in the near future.

EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY SCANNING
pmcommuter June 10, 2025Review source: AmazonI bought the all-in-one scanner/printer mostly for its duplex scanning capability with the document feeder. The scans are always skewed so badly that often text near the corners disappears. This happens even if you use the flat bed. Also, it will distort areas on a page so that text is unreadable. Basically, the scanner is useless. The printing itself is so-so, but the entire unit is too huge and heavy to be useful as a mediocre printer. I bought this from Office Depot, who refused to take it back. If you decide to blow your money on this turkey, buy it through Amazon; at least they have a decent return policy after you get discouraged and realize you made a mistake. I should have read reviews before wasting my money.

Great printer, except for all the error codes
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.John Lindsey June 10, 2025Review source: AmazonI’ve used HP office printers for home use for years, but today I would have a hard time recommending them. It’s a great printer and it’s scanning software is better than most. The problem with this printer it that it keeps saying there is a paper jam, but there is no jam. It just stops and all you need to do is press ok and it will start back up. Not as bad as a friend’s HP that had setup issues and got thrown away.
