I bought it in November 2024 and have been sorry ever since. Printing on two sides in color is rarely successful as there will be blocks of one solid color rather than the intended image. And suddenly today, after six months of light use, it Will. Not. Print. At. All. because “rendering failed.” Multiple attempts to install updated drivers and configure everything correctly did not solve the problem. Save yourself some trouble and choose a different printer.

However I never got there becaude it could not connect, on it’s way back where it should not have left an obscure warehouse.

When printing a 27-page document, it often stops in the middle and won’t finish the job. The scanner also has constant issues—it jams frequently and struggles to scan properly. I’ve had to restart everything multiple times, but that rarely helps. Half the time I’m just waiting to see if it will actually print. It’s been more of a hassle than a help. I expected much better from HP.

If not, you’ll have a hell of a time trying to install it. Once it is installed, assuming you can have it next to your router, it may or may not print. God forbid you need to print urgently, forget it. It’s GOING to let you down. I’m going to see what the open box return policy is. This is ridiculous!
