The Most Temperamental Printer I have ever used.
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product. Incentivized Incentivized review: The reviewer received a benefit for sharing feedback.Samantha March 20, 2025Review source: BestbuyThis is the worst printer I have ever owned. I bought it because it was the only duplex printer/scanner in the “home business” category. It is temperamental, has a horrible Bluetooth connection and smears ink on anything but cheap paper. Gloss paper and card stock are a huge no, ruined both. I have to open HP Smart for the printer to print a tri or bi fold without cutting off an edge. The duplex, printing and copy are all slow. Beware opening the paper holder, the printer has a fit. I wanted to print on A4 cards, but the printer does not have a setting for that. Freaked out, wouldn’t print because it said the paper didn’t match. I hate this printer and wish I had bought an Epson printer and a separate duplex scanner.

Waste of time and money
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product. Incentivized Incentivized review: The reviewer received a benefit for sharing feedback.Candice March 17, 2025Review source: BestbuySave your money and buy a different brand. The printer cannot handle anything over 20 pages without having a paper jam, only printing half the page, or disconnecting from the HP app and the internet. Further, once one of the above happens and you try to cancel the job to start over it does not cancel the job. It will keep trying to reprint the same job over and over again.

Don’t buy this!!
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Joey Kelly March 12, 2025Review source: AmazonPrinter is a $400 piece of junk. It can’t or won’t connect properly to HP laptop or iPhone to print. I’ve spent over 4 hrs with tech support from people I can barely understand because they don’t live in the US and don’t communicate well. They replaced the new one I bought with a refurbished one and this doesn’t work either.

it. I had to drive a total of 40 miles to get new cartridges.
