This Printer is Trash. Will Not Connect To The Internet
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Dr. Shyrlena Bogard February 12, 2025Review source: AmazonI have had the computer for over 3 month and have not been able to use it one single time. It will not connect to my computer, nor my iPhone. I have tried everything, followed all the directions multiple times, yet it still will not work. This is not my first HP printer, so user error is not the issue. While it is nt the most expensive of printers, its price point still should put in a category or easy to set-up. My biggest regret is that I kept trying to fix the problem and missed the return window. Back to Epson I go.

Who is the manufacturer??? If I was foolish enough to call Microsoft, what are the chances that Microsoft would immediately say I need to call HP????
I’m soooooooo disappointed; I’ll be returning this and purchasing a Brother or Epson — nothing personal… just business!!

Buyer Beware!
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Raquel February 8, 2025Review source: AmazonThis was the worst printer I have ever purchased. Nothing but problems since the day I got it. Always going offline, needing to reset in some way. Oh and if even one of the color inks runs out the WHOLE printer just won’t work even when wanting just black and white. After just 1 month of ownership, already have to replace ink? No thanks! If there was an option to give 0 stars I would.

Ink is very expensive
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Amazon Customer February 8, 2025Review source: AmazonThis has been hard to hook up to the fax machine. Matter fact I looked at returning it, and I was past the date or I would have the ink is very very expensive on this. I’m sorry I bought it. I’ll never buy another HP in my life, I am done with them. It is the worst to connect to the fax machine. I guess I should’ve done my homework.

Only problem with it is when you scan its puts a line down the middle of the page. The exact reason I replaced the last scanner I had with this one only it lasted several years before it started doing it
