Worst Printer I've Ever Had
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Roger Bird November 26, 2024Review source: AmazonAs the title says, this is the worst printer I’ve ever had. There are constant problems with it. It will regularly freeze and have to be restarted, especially if, heaven forbid you run out of paper during a printing session. Probably 1 out of 6 or 7 envelopes gets the address printed at one end or the other of the envelop, making it worthless. The current issue – in a long line of issues – is that today, suddenly, the envelop tray (tray 1) is giving an error message that the tray is empty when it’s full. When it actually does attempt to print envelopes, it jams. This printer is only 3 or 4 months old, don’t buy this model, it’s awful.

Subscription REQUIRED to print
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product. Incentivized Incentivized review: The reviewer received a benefit for sharing feedback.HaydenJ November 23, 2024Review source: BestbuyBeware of subscription. You have to pay HP a MONTHLY fee in order to use this printer. The second you cancel the subscription, you can no longer use the printer you already purchased. It’s absolute insanity. DO NOT buy HP Printers. Look up other reviews of the subscription, they’ll all agree with me.

Not Your Usual HP Quality
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Barbara C. November 23, 2024Review source: AmazonPurchases 11/7/24 have had nothing but problems with printing. When Out of Paper, I add paper but status stays Out of Paper, have to turn it off and start over. Problems with print jobs going to the printer and getting printed. Very disappointed in this model so far.

HP needs to go back to the drawing board with this one….
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.JJ November 20, 2024Review source: AmazonI downloaded what I thought was all the software and did the set-up. The touch screen isn’t responsive. Scanning is difficult, and you have to download its software separately. Spent a lot of time troubleshooting. I had an easier time setting up my old HP printer for a lot less $$$. Save your money….can’t recommend this one.

Just horrible
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.jsg November 18, 2024Review source: AmazonThe printer has been a nightmare since we got it. Paper jams all the time, the controls display on the printer dont do anything on a regular basis especially on the copy feature. I have to constant go to the computer and scan a document and then print it out. I’ve only bought HP in the past…i think that changes now.
