I was SO excited to upgrade my printer with this one! Wrong!!! The printer has NEVER worked. I’ve spent at least 5 hours troubleshooting with HP Tech/Customer Service. They’ve sent me 20 different ink cartridges AND a new printhead, to no avail. THE PRINTER IS DEFECTIVE!
Initially I wasn’t able to set it up within 30 days of receiving it so I couldn’t return it through Amazon. However, there is a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on the printer. I want to return it for a full refund, and I’m getting no response from Roux, the supervisor who initially contacted me to tell me my case is closed. How can you close a case that hasn’t been resolved?
Bottom line… I wouldn’t buy ANY Hewlett Packard printer again. They’ve lost a loyal customer for good!!!!
