    Multiple errors, can’t just hit print on your computer. It did recognize 8×11 paper and I always had to hit a button no matter how many times I checked the menu and it being set accurately. No reason for a two star is that the screen went white for a week and I tried multiple times to go through HP support on my phone and the app. When I called the number it sent me to another number so I called that number and it said it wasn’t supported so I called the original number to have it. Tell me that it couldn’t verify my account. I’ve never had this many problems with any other printer of lesser quality lesser price, do not purchase.

    Love this printer. I had an older model and wanted something that prints faster. This does a much better job with speed and the scan quality is excellent. Upside is the feed scans both sides without running the paper through twice. Easy setup, no technically challenges. My last HP printer was about 3 years old.

Cost $200 for a new print head for a 10+ year old printer. The old one was a workhorse so I upgraded to this new model. Performs faster than the old one. Does everything I need like printing and copying on both sides.. Color copies. Scans and faxes. Hoping it lasts as long as my old one. It really was a beast. This one is also smaller and lighter.
