Will never get another HP printer

I only get a new one to get added features, not because they didn’t work. Until last year when I got the previous version of this one. It totally wouldn’t take new cartridges and the pages were always off a little if I used the automatic feeder. I use it for my home office, so I must have a printer and didn’t want to go to the hassle of trying to get it fixed, so I bought this one. I was unable to get it to connect to the network for 3 weeks and was ready to return it, when I thought I’d try one more thing. It finally connected so I kept it. It’s just a little more updated than the one from last year, but I don’t like the changes. I really need it for scanning to a thumb drive, and it just doesn’t seem to work as well as the other one. This and the previous one just seem a lot more “flimsy” and just don’t seem to be as well-made. I can’t explain how, but they just don’t seem to be of the same quality that all of my other HP printers have been over the years. I’m pretty brand loyal, so I thought I’d give this one more try, but I’ll be changing brands for my next one.
