Disapointed in this model of HP printers. After 20 years of using HP at home and in my business, this model has been nothing but a challenge. Also, I do not like having to use the HP Smart app to print everything. Sorry I bought this printer

While to print capability and quality are good, the scan function too many steps when using an apple product. I would not buy this printer again unless using a windows device

  8. Great printer, but has flaw with the sheet feeder…..

Printer is FAST, and prints are SHARP. Laser quality SHARP. I was pretty amazed between this model and my previous 8720 AIO. But the first 9135e had a problem with the sheet feeder. When I attempted to copy more than 10 pages or so, the first page would draw in and the printer would only print the bottom 75% of that page. All the rest of the pages were fine. So, I thought perhaps I got a defective one, so I returned it to Amazon and this replacement doesn’t seem as bad, but it has done the same thing twice so far since I received it several weeks ago. I’m not returning it because it’s still a great printer, but HP needs to fix this, otherwise they may wind up in a class action suit. As for the display, it’s good, but if you don’t have the printer in a good position, on a higher stand, then using just the tip of your finger to click doesn’t bode well sometimes and you have to try again a few times, but no big deal.

It doesn’t print in card stock and there’s no top or front loader for paper. Regret purchase. Used for small business.

Prints find. Installer told me that there is buzz out there that HP is going to bill you for each copy. Ink would be included in the price per copy price. That is way they want it to be setup wireless. They get a report on number of copies. Just rumor in the air at this time.
