I use it mostly as a rice cooker and crock pot.
But I’ve tried some pressure cooking as well. It’s like a microwave in a way because the food cooks so dang fast. I guess the heat is a lot higher under pressure.
It comes well packaged with a lot of warning labels that I removed. It’s black and mostly plastic on the outside which is fine, I think it will be durable enough. The instructions are unusually clear and the operation is much easier than I thought, it’s even intuitive! That’s unusal these days.
There is no recipie book but the internet is stuffed with them. I kind of want to try brisket and other things like that. I think it’s a useful appliance and does a lot of work for the money. -
