In addition, their “customer service” was dog slow to respond to my questions. I also discovered the Instapot company in general gets low marks for their customer problem resolution.
The odds were stacked against me so I sent it back. Doubt I’ll purchase any item from this brand. -

The manual states:
“DO NOT use the appliance for more than 60 minutes in a 2-hour
period. Exceptions are the Dehydrate function for units that include it.”, and can’t use glass, ceramic or silicone baking dish. So keep that in mind. -
