It is very intuitive to use and makes an excellent cup of coffee. The only drawback for me is that it makes 6-12 cups in the karafe. For improvement on the product, it would nice to have the option of brewing a minimum of 2-4 cups instead of a minimum of 6. It would also be nice to combine the unit with a built-in frother.

Best Buy had a great holiday sale that made the price even better! Works perfectly with the reusable cup for my own coffee so I don’t have to by the expensive cups if I don’t want to! They only other thing I wish I could do is be able to turn the hot plate on a little longer to keep coffee hot for longer if I wanted to, but certainly is not necessary.
