    It took a little time to get the hang of how everything works, but we absolutely love the flexibility of brewing either a full pot of coffee or just a single cup. We didn’t realize how much we needed this in our lives until now. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding an option for the coffee pot warmer to stay on for more than two hours without needing to reset it each time.

    We used this thing for three weeks, with mixed usage of pods and a couple pots of coffee. We used filtered water all the time. Suddenly, the machine stopped pulling in water, wouldn’t make coffee and displayed an error code ERR1 on the display, which didn’t show anywhere in the manual or support page. Since it was a Black Friday purchase, I went to exchange it or return it, and the Best Buy sales associate was less than helpful and seemed to be trying to do her best to have me purchase a protection plan and exchange it as opposed to return it. Just so we’re clear, I brought it back on December 21, and the return window was until January 14.
