I was pleased with it, but as our children grew older and started drinking coffee too, it wasn’t economical to continue using K cups. We switched to a standard drip coffee maker. But I noticed that in more recent years, Kuerig has released these smaller, compact machines that make it so easy to quickly brew a hot beverage without having to brew a full pot. This machine is unobtrusive and simple to use. The reservoir is easily removable and you can essentially set your cup size by how full you fill it. There are no menus to navigate or settings to tweak. Just fill it with the desired amount of water, pop in a K cup, close the top and you’ve got coffee in less than 5 minutes. The quality of the brew is excellent and the machine is a good value relative to more sophisticated coffee makers.

The water reservoir holds 12oz of water. I never put less. It’s the perfect size, especially if you have a small kitchen or if you like to travel with a coffee maker. It’s ridiculously simple – ONE button and your coffee is brewing! It really is a great value. It feels durable, and it works well. The coffee brews quickly. It doesn’t make too much noise. Coffee is not left dripping once it done either.

I am someone who is very busy at work and drinks about 2 cups of coffee a day. This product saves me time and energy by allowing me to brew my coffee right in my office. It produces a cup of coffee at the same efficient brewing speed as a standard-sized Keurig. It is a high-quality design that I trust will last for some time. The compact size is perfect for small spaces and is easy to transport. The simple design and black color make it blend easily into any environment without becoming an eyesore. One downside to this product is that you will have to refill the water reservoir (which holds up to 12 ounces) more often than a standard Keurig, but that is the sacrifice you must make for the compact size. The $70 price is reasonable for the quality and well-known brand. This is a reliable and convenient product that makes staying caffeinated simple!

Once you hit the brew button it immediately starts dispensing the coffee which makes me wonder if that’s why it’s not that hot. You’d think it needs time to heat water before brew begins. This new one solves that problem. Really easy to pack away, makes good coffee, and thus frees me from the tyranny of horrible hotel coffee no matter where I’m going. I found I liked the coffee best with about 8 oz water per run. The water reservoir is marked with 8,10, etc.. so it’s easy to get repeatable outcomes according to your own preferences. More about he travel-friendly details: in an Away carry-on, it fits on its side into the zippered compartment and takes up maybe 20-25% of the space in that half of the bag (so maybe an 8th of the bag total I guess). It’s easy to pack around too, so I thought that was a plenty workable compromise and definitely worth the space. I’m just back from my first trip using it, and feel like I’ve now solved a long-standing problem. I truly hope it holds up over time.
