The unit fit perfectly under our kitchen cabinets. It provided a large amount of space on the front for an oversized coffee cup. I did not notice anything working improperly. The shell appeared durable and firm. The only challenge I had was getting the insert out of the top area for cleaning. It’s removable, but the first 2 times it was very stiff. I ended up using a pair of pliers to carefully remove the basket to do what the instructions showed.
The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The water reservoir was clearly marked and easily readable. We really enjoy this new tool. Hope you for this review helpful.
