Many users highlight the significant improvement in picture quality compared to IPS or TN panels, making games and other content look incredibly immersive.
- High Refresh Rate and Low Response Time: The monitor's 240Hz refresh rate and fast response time contribute to a smooth and fluid gaming experience, with minimal ghosting or lag. This makes it well-suited for fast-paced games and competitive gaming.
- Future-Proof Connectivity: The inclusion of DisplayPort 2.1 is frequently mentioned as a major advantage, ensuring compatibility with next-generation graphics cards and allowing for uncompressed 4K resolution at high refresh rates. The USB-C connectivity is also appreciated for its versatility.
Cons
- DisplayPort Reliability Issues: Several reviewers report that the DisplayPort connection failed after a short period of use, sometimes within a week or a few months. This issue appears to be a recurring problem, with some users needing to RMA the monitor or seek refunds.
- High Price: The monitor's high price point is a common concern, with some reviewers noting that it is expensive compared to similar models or previous versions. While many acknowledge that the performance justifies the cost, it may be a barrier for budget-conscious buyers.
- Delicate Screen: Some reviewers mention that the glossy screen is prone to smudges and fingerprints, requiring careful and frequent cleaning. There are also concerns about the screen's fragility and the potential for damage during cleaning or from accidental contact.

Top of the line 2025 Q1
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Jawn February 23, 2025Review source: BestbuyThis monitor is top of the line Q1 2025 and ready for next gen 50 series Nvidia graphics cards which explains the cost. The panel type is QD OLED type screen which are very costly to make but give you ultra fast response time and true blacks on the screen and great color rendering. The 4K resolution 240 hZ refresh rate is costly as well but games look unreal with the high frames per seconds due to the high Hz refresh rate. The monitor is has a displayport 2.1 connector which adds cost ; only Aorus has a competing product in Q1 2025 with a displayport 2.1 connector so it is rare on monitors at this time to have the 80 gbps bandwidth displayport 2.1 connection. Displayport 2.1 is compatible with next gen 50 series graphics cards. The DP80 certified cable that comes with the monitor is short (1 meter ?) to meet certification so I would buy a third party Silkland 2 meter certified cable. For these reasons this monitor is phenomenal.

Great monitor, if it meets your usecase
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Dustin February 23, 2025Review source: BestbuyExcellent monitor with a stellar picture/panel, featureset, and support from the vendor. The only con is price, as the 321urx is the same panel with the same features, excluding new additions here like the latest display port input. I would recommend if you are going for a big jump to an OLED panel, go ahead and get the more future-proof model if you plan on getting a 5 series nvidia gpu. If you aren’t in that category, stick with the 321 and get a better deal.

MPG 322URX, Great Display, some complaints.
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.ArunM February 19, 2025Review source: BestbuyPurchased this via the MSI-US Store but I couldn’t leave a review there. This display is sharp, has nice colors, and those inky blacks are awesome. Have not had any issues with dead pixels on arrival. 120Hz looks good but I would really like to bump it to 240Hz, I can’t due to the included display port cable (info below). Plenty of nice OSD menu options to customize every aspect of the panel. I didn’t touch any of the crosshairs or other gamer monitor features but they are there for anyone who wants them.
One odd thing is the included display port 80GBPS cable is way to short. I know DP80 requires short lengths for the full bandwidth but it’s unusable short. It is also the old style connector with a button latch and feels super cheap. It does do 4K240Hz 10bit HDR without DSC it’s just way to short and cheap. The included HDMI cable doesn’t feel as cheap and is long enough so I’m using that till I source another longer DP80 cable.
Only other gripe is that the power supply clicks on and off, must be some sort of relay but anytime the screen turns back on it has a very loud click which gets a bit annoying.

Good, but not for me.
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Jake January 30, 2025Review source: BestbuyThe data are pretty clear that, in terms of picture quality on OLED computer monitors, they’re all about the same. And, they’re all basically amazing in terms of color, black level, input lag, refresh rate, and so on. With that said, I just returned my 322URX.
The main reason for my return is the lack of curve. I knew the screen was flat when I bought it, and I thought at the size it’d be fine, but it wasn’t . I had to go back to a slight curve. I just received the Alienware 32″ OLED yesterday – typing this review on it now – and it’s phenomenal.
Also, while my decision wasn’t based on price, the Alienware is fully $400 cheaper than this if you go direct through Dell; fully a third cheaper.
