Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Exceptional Picture Quality: Reviewers consistently praise the monitor's stunning visuals, deep blacks, vibrant colors, and sharp details, thanks to its QD-OLED panel. Many users highlight the significant improvement in picture quality compared to IPS or TN panels, making games and other content look incredibly immersive.
  • High Refresh Rate and Low Response Time: The monitor's 240Hz refresh rate and fast response time contribute to a smooth and fluid gaming experience, with minimal ghosting or lag. This makes it well-suited for fast-paced games and competitive gaming.
  • Future-Proof Connectivity: The inclusion of DisplayPort 2.1 is frequently mentioned as a major advantage, ensuring compatibility with next-generation graphics cards and allowing for uncompressed 4K resolution at high refresh rates. The USB-C connectivity is also appreciated for its versatility.

Cons

  • DisplayPort Reliability Issues: Several reviewers report that the DisplayPort connection failed after a short period of use, sometimes within a week or a few months. This issue appears to be a recurring problem, with some users needing to RMA the monitor or seek refunds.
  • High Price: The monitor's high price point is a common concern, with some reviewers noting that it is expensive compared to similar models or previous versions. While many acknowledge that the performance justifies the cost, it may be a barrier for budget-conscious buyers.
  • Delicate Screen: Some reviewers mention that the glossy screen is prone to smudges and fingerprints, requiring careful and frequent cleaning. There are also concerns about the screen's fragility and the potential for damage during cleaning or from accidental contact.

10/10 worth the price. Oled is the only way to go. With a huge range of features, this is the perfect monitor.

  3. First OLED

This is my first time owning a OLED, and man you can really spot the difference between ips or any other kind. The colors on this monitor are very smooth and bright enough, whites are not the greatest, that’s something to keep in consideration, but other than everything is great, it is light weighted. so any monitor arm could handle it with no problem, the menu is very complete and have many options, default preset are not my personal favorites but that depends on your taste. I got this thing for full price and still worth, so if you catch on it sale don’t doubt

  4. Fantastic monitor!

Looks amazing, easy setup. Best part about the monitor besides the appearance is the number of USB ports you get. The 2 USB type-a ports are great for freeing up port space on your desktop, and I use the USB type-c port for phone charging. If you do not have an OLED display, I would highly recommend this one. The color accuracy is a major upgrade from my IPS display. I will be replaying some of my favorite titles like RE: Village with this new display.

I was blown away by this monitor when I first got it. However after 7 days of owning it, I went to turn on the computer and the display port “No Signal” message popped up, restarted same, tried a different cable same, the computer sees it but the monitor says no video. cant use any buttons on the monitor as it puts it to sleep. used the same cables on another monitor video immediately. tried the hdmi on the monitor and it works. very disappointed in paying 1k for a monitor to have the Display port seemingly last for 7 days… 🙁

Recently built a new PC to replace my 10yr+ rig that was failing. I needed a monitor to keep up with the new hardware I was planning to get.
This monitor went above & beyond what I expected. Bare in mind, you’ll need to run through the settings thoroughly to get what you want.

The QLED 4K makes everything look so much nicer, colors are crisp & true to life. The included DP 2.1 80Gbps cable makes out the box use so much simpler, just make sure your tower’s port is the right one. 32in is just right for my use, going for a 40in size range would be overkill.
Loving the built-in KVM switch. I jump between 2 work laptops, a Chromebook, & the tower. No issues so far. Connected my keyboard, mouse, & speakers with no lagging hiccups.
The modified Panel Protect feature is great. Coworker of mine has to deal with the 4hr cycles. Such a pain when you’re trying to get work done.

It’s a bit expensive, but worth the future proofing. I would definitely recommend this to friends & family.

Literally top of the top of the top of the line monitor when it comes to 4k 240hz. this thing is absolutely amazing and i havent ran into ANY issues with it whatsoever. this is my first OLED monitor so honestly the only thing id complain about is how easily the screen can get dirty with tiny specks getting stuck on it. but its all fixed with a microfiber cloth and some OLED screen cleaner.

Great monitor for gaming. Also using this for work with a macbook and text rendering seems to work well.

  10. The only OLED with the right ports. Future-proof upgrade.

I upgraded from a 1440p IPS to this, and visually, the difference is night and day. The “infinite” contrast makes Sci-Fi games look incredible, completely eliminating the gray haze I was used to.

However, the main reason I chose the MPG 322URX over other OLEDs was the DisplayPort 2.1a. I didn’t want to be stuck with older DP 1.4 bandwidth limitations. This monitor is ready for next-gen GPUs without needing heavy compression (DSC). If you are looking for a monitor that will last through your next PC upgrade, this is the one to get.
