The image quality is excellent out of the box. Not surprising as rtings.com had this listed as one of the best widescreen monitors you can buy right now. The build quality feels really good as well.
There have been a few hiccups as I’ve been getting it set up with my PC – my only complaint right now is that I wish the menu items in the monitor gave you more information about what they were doing. Some of it is a little vague, but the manual is helpful. This is a very minor complaint. Also, I wish I had more control over the size of the monitor overlays. You can change the position of them, but not the size. Lastly, anothery small gripe, the physical location of the power and input connectors is too low. The cables all hang off the bottom of the monitor in a way that makes it impossible to dress them nicely and give a clean appearance. This is only an aestetic problem though and I’m the type of person that would much rather have a rock solid performance/experience than compromise so things can be a pretty.
I know it looks like I have more complaints than positive points, but the complaints really are minor. Overall, I’m thrilled to have this monitor. OLED HDR gaming is something you just have to see in person. It’s awesome.

Not only is this monitor OLED but it also rocks 1440p at 240hz. Currently I’m using another MSI monitor that is an LED 1080p at 165hz and the comparison in color side by side is enormous. Playing games on the LED screen just makes everything look grey and dead vs the OLED screen bringing everything on the screen to life.
My biggest concern buying this monitor is the burn in while using it for work. I talked to MSI tech support and they really calmed my nerves with the 3 year burn in warranty, along with multiple features that increase the life of the monitor like Taskbar detection and Multi Logo Detection.
If you are thinking about buying this monitor, I’d suggest pulling the trigger. You will not regret this purchase.

Amazing OLED monitor

This resolution is perfect for a mid-high range PC, and you get so much screen real estate. The OLED panel is absolutely beautiful and I can never go back!
Pros:

– HDMI 2.1 for full 240hz WITHOUT Display Stream Compression (DSC), thus you will not get long wait times minimizing and reopening fullscreen games
– OLED – beautiful colors and rich deep blacks

– I cannot get my monitor to switch color-depth to the full 10-bit over HDMI 2.1, but stays stuck on 8-bit on 240hz. I’m able to lower the refresh rate to 165hz for 10-bit, but that defeats some of the purpose. -

Great monitor for its price

The only caveats are:
The adjustable slot on the monitor arm doesn’t have enough room, therefore all the wires can’t fit into it. Only bad if you want all your cables to look neat in the back.The KVM switch built into the monitor requires the computer to also install the MSI software to support it – was hoping there was no need to do so.
Overall great product if you’re too focused on setting up your wires / cabling + using the KVM.

The only thing that I do not care for is that because it is an oled screen, the edges are more delicate since they are so thin. Other than that, it is a great product that goes past my expectations. -
