The owner’s manual is lacking and confusing. Following the directions for the air fryer feature it contradicts itself a lot. Such as, don’t preheat with trays in. Here it tells you to. In the same directions it states what level to put the air fry basket, sometimes 1, sometimes 2. It leaves you baffled as to where to place and when to do so. I looked online thinking maybe quality control figured this out and updated the manaul, NOPE!

This Ninja double oven is by far the best. Having two ovens in one is remarkably efficient and makes meal production faster and easier. You can do steak in one, fries in the other, or a meal for adults in one, and different items for the kids in the other, or an entree in one and a dessert in the other. This appliance is well built, well thought out, and the learning curve on the controls is short…. but it’s there, especially regarding use of the thermometer. The internal food temperature thermometer is a big plus when you correctly use it. We are thrilled with this double oven and have fun using it every day. Only downsides are it’s a bit noisy (a minor issue), a bit larger than traditional toaster ovens, and the large sheet pans and air fryer basket are supposed to be washed by hand, so cleanup is a bit of a chore. All in all, however, we would buy this again in a minute!

It is large enough to handle a 9 x 13 dish which is very convenient. It fits nicely on our countertop.

I was a little concerned the top oven wasnt going to be great but it is bigger than I thought. That is my most used part. It took a minute to get the cool features to understand what I wanted (haha) but now I am a pro. The functions are easy once you get the hang of it for what you want. This is larger by width and depth than my previous oven and that was another reason to buy. Now I can fit more and get 2 items done at the same time. Obviously, this put less real estate on my counter but it is worth it.

It’s really nice but there’s no roast tray. For almost $300, a roast tray is a must have and I didn’t carefully review the pictures. Now I have to see if there are after market accessories since ninja doesn’t sell it. I hope this one last longer than the last one.

1. The top oven is a little too “short”. Could stand to have about an extra inch in height.
