Only complaint is that the cooling fan (there are two fans, one for the convection/air fryer and another to cool the internal electronics behind the buttons) rattled so badly that it sounded like an air compressor. I was going to return the unit but decided to take it apart and glue what appears to be a small ‘PC’ style fan into the housing. This solved the noise and was easier (for me) than driving back to the store. Most people wouldn’t have the tools but I fix and maintain equipment for a living…
