Missing part

It’s been 4 emails and I still have not received the missing rack. The item is misrepresented. I attached the Amazon receipt, then they requested copies of the stickers on the back, sent those, then said they could not read them and I had to resend in pdf format even though I entered in the email the digits on the sticker. It’s been a hassle.
In using the item it is very loud, and the dimensions are a bit smaller for my prior Cuisinart so I had to buy a smaller pizza pan. I recommend the Cuisinart over this one, but it’s very heavy and I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it.
The roast rack was missing from the box; I emailed Ninja support to replace since unboxing and setting up the oven is a lot of work, it’s also very heavy. If they replace the missing roast rack I will adjust my rating. Recommend reading all instructions carefully as you might not notice a missing part. Accessories from my Cuisinart convection oven do not fit, so if replacing an older oven you may want to check dimensions. This lower oven is also an inch and a half lower for baking than my old oven. Once I use for cooking and hopefully they replace the missing part I will update rating.
They recommend washing and then baking all accessories in the oven for 25 mins, which I am doing now. It is very loud, much larger than my other convection oven, but that may be a good aspect so you don’t accidentally leave it on after baking. -

It provides a ton of different functionalities such as air frying, baking, toasting, broiling, dehydrating, etc. I love how there are two different sections that allow you to bake 2 things at 2 different temperatures. This way I don’t have to plan sides that bake at the same temperature as my protein. I will say though that it’s a fairly large piece of equipment, and so if you have very limited counterspace you might want to check measurements to make sure you have enough room.
