Similar to another post – loud fan noise after 15 months of daily use

The fan mechanism started to sound loud and labored after about two minutes of warmer the top oven. Very disappointed as I’ve only had the oven for 15 months. I hope they figure out the design flaw here as this oven has been great until now. Though I also agree with others the dimensions are a bit off as a quarter sheet pan doesn’t fit properly in the oven but we’ve been able to make it work as the door still closes.

The bottom oven does not have a standard BAKE choice. It is basically an air fryer or convection oven only.
Instructions for use are cumbersome with having to watch and wait for oven to heat up and them redoing the the start buttons to make sure the ovens are on and working.
Usually like this brand but this was a quick return for me.

This was fine, but took up a lot of counter space and I never needed to use the ENTIRE family oven to cook my individual meals. This thing changes everything for me.
The Ninja Countertop oven has replaced all my appliances. I toast bagels, cook pizza, air fry leftovers, and cook potluck dishes all in this one oven!! I love how quickly it heats up regardless of the setting I have it on. It is especially cool that I can cook two separate dishes two separate ways in the top and bottom of the oven. I use this appliance every day and it has never given me any issue.
My one gripe is that the air fryer component of this oven isn’t as good as my air fryer I had before. It takes longer to cook sausage, for example, to the same temperature and juiciness. Because this oven is such a one-man-show though, I am willing to ignore this slight inconvenience and still recommend the countertop oven to anyone (especially those who don’t want to use their whole oven or do live by themselves). -

A Great Option for a Small Kitchen
Vedili D. January 30, 2025Review source: AmazonI had been thinking about getting an air fryer, but I have a small kitchen, so this was exactly what I needed. I replaced my countertop oven/toaster with this item.
There is a lot to like, my only real complaint is the toast setting. It was not easy to find how to get my wheat bread toasted but not burned.
I have never used an air fryer, so I do not have first-hand experience but from what I gather typical air fryers need you to turn the item halfway through as the airflow on the bottom is not very good. With the Ninja the basket is positioned with the same space above and below, so it did not need to be turned.
Using the temperature probe, I cooked a steak with just a little oil and spices, and it came out exactly right! I did have to closely read the instructions but for the most part it walked me through everything I needed to do as there are multiple buttons and selections needed. Once it started cooking the display alternated between the internal temperature I wanted versus the current temperature.
When I took it out of the packaging, at first I was concerned that I did not get all of the parts as I only found the 2 Sheet Pans, 2 Wire Racks and Pro Cook Thermometer and Holder. Once I removed the packaging form the main unit, I found the Air Fry Basket and Removable Crumb Tray. A Roast Tray is listed as an optional part in the manual but not included.
There are two main booklets, one that is obviously the manual, and the other is labeled the Ninja Owner’s Guide. There was some overlap of material between them.
What was surprising about the instructions is about the thermometer, or lack of details about it in either booklet. While it is listed in the part list, and discussion of how to use it. None of the pictures show where it plugs into the main unit or where the holder is connected.
My confusion started when removing the packaging and a small piece that seemed to go into some small holes was loose in the plastic. One of the holes turns out to be where the thermometer should be plugged in when in use, the other is to keep the cover attached to the unit.
I found that the thermometer holder is magnetic, so there is no specific space, it just goes on the outside.
