Also exhaust fan making loud noise off and on during cook cycles.
Temp probe reads inaccurate. Air fried steaks to come out med and per probe I pulled out to have medium rare.

So, you pretty much can only use the baking sheets supplied in the box. They are cheaply made and probably made with PFOAs and/or PTFEs.

The dual zones let me cook different dishes simultaneously without flavor transfer, which is super convenient. Air frying works well and produces crispy results. I love being able to fit a whole chicken or large sheet pan meals. The smart finish feature is handy for timing dishes to be ready together. My only complaint is it takes up significant counter space. Overall though, it’s become an essential appliance that I use almost daily.

The display is very cool. It does take a bit to figure out how to work it. The double oven is a great idea. One thing I didn’t care for is that both ovens don’t do the same thing. In my house there is usually two teens wanting to use the air fryer at the same time. I also noticed it isn’t as wide as I would like. It has lots of features such as the Pro Cook thermometer system to track the temperature of your dinner. The stainless is very nice looking too. No need to turn on the large oven or just when you need another oven for large dinners.

They come out perfect each and every time. I also like that I can have things finish cooking at the same time to help when making dinner. The air fryer leaves my food much more crispy than other brands I have tried which was an unexpected bonus. The accessories and basket itself are good quality and everything works exactly as it should. I felt like the controls and very intuitive, I read the instruction book (and watched videos) but my teenage twins did not and were still able to figure it out with ease.
It cooks like a beast, is easy to clean, makes my life easier, and results in a better end product than other air fryers. Ninja continues to outdo themselves! This product is very very good.
