There was a discrepancy in product manual vs items in box. I contacted Ninja by phone- who disagreed. There is no ‘Roast Tray’ included- which differs from Parts/accessories in box list. In their favor however, I carefully reviewed the Amazon ad for ‘what is included’. No roast tray mentioned. I have used it once on convection bake- to make sure it works. Worked well. I purchased this to help cook/heat /reheat for Thanksgiving.
